Here are some basic recipes to give you an idea which flavors work well together.

But remember, before you start juicing, wash ALL your fruits and vegetables well. Recommended is you wash citrus fruits with hot water, because of the wax that might be on it and pesticides. Try to use organic as much as possible.

If you are currently pregnant, preparing to get pregnant or are nursing, you should consult your doctor before juicing. Certain vegetables or fruits can contain nutrients and minerals that are possibly not safe for a pregnant or nursing mother.

Fruits and vegetables require different digestive enzymes, so it’s best not to mix them. Only APPLES are ok to use together with vegetable juices; they also give a nice sweetness.
